Running Courses

Beginners:
This is an 8 week course if you're new to running, nervous about running, or starting from a low level of fitness.  The course is 8 weeks and include each weekly session, homework plan and goal setting. To ensure each individual gets the focus and attention they need, the course will be limited to a maximum of 12 people. 
Cost: £30

Beginners:
For those wishing to improve their running and their fitness. Each session will be different, covering running technique, a range of interval sessions and hill work, finishing off with a time trial. By the end of this course your running will be improved and stronger.  The course is 8 weeks and is limited to 18 people. This is the course for you if you want to increase your confidence and make dramatic improvements to your running fitness.
