What kind of training will I be doing?

This depends on you and your goals. We may run outside or on the treadmill, we may use the cross trainer, the fit ball, the Bosu base, or strength training with weights. The likelihood is that it will encompass a mix of these elements.

Where will we train?

You decide!  I have a gym at my home or I have a mobile gym I can bring to your home.  You may choose to train outside, for example you may want to train in your lunch hour so I can come to your place or work. 

Will it hurt?!

You shouldn't look at a fitness programme as something which will cause you pain. What is likely is that the workout with me will be of a higher sustained intensity than you might put yourself through in a gym, which is only natural. So, it won't 'hurt', but you'll know you've exercised!

How many sessions do I need?

Again, this depends on your goals. Some clients want a specific programme with a time limit (wedding!), others want continual development once or twice a week.
